 LYNN WATERFRONT HOUSING 

The housing project endeavors to merge two efficient systems of housing; the courtyard building, and the skip-stop room configuration in order to maximize the net - gross ratio of a typical floor.  Through the aggregation of three room types; skip stop, maisonettes, and flats, I have constructed building that is five storeys high with only one interior corridor.

Total Parcel Area = 40,000 sqft

Total Groos Floor Area = 69,000 sqft

Net-Gross Ratio of Typical Floor = 0.93

Ground Floor Area = 15,000 sqft

Typical Floor GFA = 20,000 sqft
